Pet Policy
iConic South 1st is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 3 pets per household and pet rent is $30 per pet per month. There is also a one-time pet fee based on the number of pets. $400 for 1 pet, $600 for 2 pets, and $700 for 3 pets. We do not have a weight limit for dogs, but some breed restrictions do apply. Aggressive breeds are prohibited, including: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Mastiffs, American Bullys, Malamutes, Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes and St. Bernards.
